DeathSpank ( www.deathspank.com/home-original) The first thing that hits you when playing DeathSpank is the unique art style, which features a combination of 2D and 3D modelling, which conveys the whimsical feel of the game's world. You play as the titular character himself, DeathSpank, a Zapp Brannigan meets Captain Hammer style hero, who sports a love of adventure and bacon. DeathSpank is on a quest to retrieve the mysterious 'Artifact', an object which he has pursued his whole life. To obtain this elusive item you must perform the typical RPG style quests in order to progress; collect Demon Poop, massacre some Unicorns and save an orphan from a questionable old man. The game also features a promising co-op system, where the second player can join as Sparkles the Wizard, a friend of DeathSpank who can help with spells whenever needed. It's a step up from systems in games like Super Mario Galaxy, but it still lacks an equality between the two players. In short, just shotgun being DeathSpank. In summary; it looks awesome, you can murder unicorns and there are even tacos. Like most RPGs, questing can get a little stale, but the unusual dialogue and wacky objectives is more then enough to sustain you. Definitely a game worth exploring. 4.5 stars.

This actually looks interesting, surprisingly...
And it's available on PSN!
what's the longevity of the game like though?

It's not very long, but pretty decent length for a $15 game I think. And if it's too short there are now two sequels available for the same price off Steam.
